Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your MrWell Drift™. If you're not satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to return an item:
Contact us at support@mrwell.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Conditions:
- Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition
- The 30-day period starts from the day you receive your order
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or damaged

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Faulty or damaged items:
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us immediately at support@mrwell.store with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
